On 02/6/2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 57/2017 / TT-BTC amending Circular No. 11/2014 / TT-BTC guiding Decree No. 86/2013 / ND-CP on trading in electronic games. There are bonuses for foreigners.
Accordingly, the amendment and supplementation of Circular 11 is in line with the provisions of Decree 86 as amended by the previous Decree 175/2016 / ND-CP; notably:
Regulations on enterprises which are granted certificates of investment registration or business registration for business activities of electronic games with prizes or written permission of competent agencies before 15/02/2017 may continue trading in secondhand machines Until the new machine.
Circular 57/2017 / TT-BTC (effective from July 17, 2012) repeals Articles 9 and 10 of Circular 11 with the following specific contents:
- Provisions on manufacturer, supplier of prize-winning electronic game machines and organization of independent testing of prize-winning electronic game machines.
- Regulations on prerequisite gaming machine technology.

Upgrade software to support tax declaration(HTKK 3.4.4)
The General Department of Taxation has announced the upgrade of application supporting declaration of bar code declaration version 3.4.4 and application of tax declaration via network (iHTKK) version 3.4.5.
This upgrade is to meet the requirements of Circular No. 37/2017 / TT-BTC amending and supplementing Circular No. 39/2014 / TT-BTC and Circular No. 26/2015 / TT-BTC.
In particular, the application of the update to check the indicators on the Notice of issuance of invoice meet the requirements "Notice of issuance of invoices and sample invoices must be sent to the tax authorities directly managing two (02) days before the business entity starts using the invoice. "
Starting on June 14, 2017, when issuing the Notice of Bill Issuance, taxpayers will use the forms declared using HTKK 3.4.4, iHTKK 3.4.5 instead of the previous versions.
